I’d recently been conducting a bunch of interviews for design roles, and had been completely underwhelmed by the applicants. I started to wonder is it because I work in digital now? no, thats no excuse for word documents and spelling mistakes.
If I’d gotten even one application like the one above i wouldn’t have bothered seeing anyone else. So, thinking hats on!
